Effective planning and logistical control are critical to the safe and efficient delivery of our projects, particularly within live, high‑security environments. BP Installations provides comprehensive planning and logistics support to ensure materials, access, and site operations are managed seamlessly from start to finish.

Our Crawley head office includes a dedicated warehouse facility, allowing materials and equipment to be received in advance, stored securely off‑site, and called off to site as required. This approach provides programme flexibility, reduces congestion on site, and helps minimise delays to overall project delivery.

Our experienced teams are highly capable of managing complex deliveries and offloading operations, including within constrained and security‑sensitive locations such as airports. We routinely coordinate deliveries through security scanning processes, utilise our airport operator’s licence to take registered fleet vehicles airside, and deploy trained airside drivers to manage access and equipment movement. This ensures full compliance while maintaining efficiency, even in the most challenging environments.

Security and safety remain paramount across all sites. Whether operating landside or airside, we implement robust hoarding and fencing solutions to protect the public, secure work areas, and prevent unauthorised access. From our warehouse, we design and construct bespoke internal and external security hoarding tailored to project requirements, alongside the provision of site welfare offices and compounds to support site operations.
