Roles & Responsibilities

Our management team holds NEBOSH and IOSH certifications, complemented by equipment-specific competency qualifications. All Project and Site Management complete CITB SMSTS or SSSTS training, while site operatives maintain mandatory cards such as CSCS, ECS, IPAF, and PASMA. As a security-sensitive contractor, all employees undergo rigorous CRB checks to safeguard client premises.

Compliance Tracking & Audits

Compliance is an ongoing process requiring continued monitoring reviews for the entire management & workforce, both internally and externally.

We conduct annual Due Diligence Audits on all subcontractors and perform detailed validation checks before awarding any work packages.

Health & Safety Systems (ISO 45001:2018)

We are accredited to ISO 45001 via a UKAS Registered Body and hold certifications under SSiP and Safe Contractor.
