LCY Staff Restaurant
Design and build project to reconfigure an existing space to form a new staff canteen.
Role: M&E Contractor
BP installations were responsible for the demolition, removal and strip out of the existing offices to make room for the location of the new staff canteen.
We project managed all construction activities and were specifically responsible for providing all electrical and mechanical services installations, including Fire Alarm upgrade, data & IT, CCTV Systems upgrades, air conditioning, plumbing & HVAC systems and security door entry systems.
As Project Manager we ensured that the works were completed to programme and within the agreed budget constraints.
