All works were carried out with minimum impact to surrounding areas and passengers in International Arrivals.
Communication between BPI and the LCY’s FM Department ensured a smooth transition and handover to the Flight Operation Handlers and Security Teams of the new welfare rooms.
The programmed works were completed on time within an agreed 4-month timeframe and on budget.
Project Feedback:
Good team of operatives – worked well together and organised other suppliers when required. No issues raised during the works, no complaints received from any occupants in adjoining areas and room was provided in good order.
Assistance provided to LCY on the furniture over and above the contract requirements. I have no issues with using BPI for similar works as it was a joy to work with the team and the final product was to a very good standard and much appreciated by the client department and the staff using the room.
