BP Installations initially secured the tender to undertake the complete Electrical and Mechanical installation works for the 2nd, 4th and 5th Floors of Piano House; works included opening up space for open plan offices, providing new AC installation, additional electrical services, repairs to the fire alarm and then re-commission.
In addition, we completed isolations to the fire alarm system, mechanical and electrical services, stripped out partition walls, sandblasted walls back to bare brickwork and supplied a new 3-phase power supply from the basement. Work in the basement also included the provision of a new gas supply for the boiler room and the extension of the landlord’s water and gas supplies.
Following on from the success of these works, we were engaged to carry out the complete refurbishment of landlord’s areas and the toilet core for the whole building. These works involved installation of temporary services following isolation of redundant mechanical, electrical and plumbing services.
New installation works involved new toilet block partitions, ceilings, sanitary ware, lighting, hand-driers, electrical outlets, wall and floor tiling, new bespoke joinery and doors, new door entry systems, anti-slip flooring, new bespoke windows to building core, internal glass panelling, Corian work-tops, polished flooring, timber flooring, wet room installation and roof renovation works.
All works were completed to the client’s requirements.
