LCY KGV House

Design and Build works of all electrical and mechanical works for new offices at King George V House (KGV) for the relocation of LCY’s Projects and Facilities Management teams.

Role: M&E Contractor

Work Involved:

Space management planning by our specialist team to ensure that the design had enough flexibility to meet the ever-increasing floor space required for the demands placed by the Airport’s future expansion.

We were responsible for all project management functions for the works and for providing all electrical and mechanical services including Fire Alarm upgrade, data & IT, security door entry systems, air conditioning systems, plumbing and HVAC systems.

Our team ensured that the project works were completed on time and within the agreed budget constraints.
